- Without the permission of Modern, you may not store the contents of the Website in any reproduction system for any purpose, including but not limited to AI training, nor may you distribute any part of the Website in any form (such as copying, transmission, downloading, disassembling, or storing in data retrieval systems). Violators may be subject to legal liability under the law of Hong Kong. To obtain an exemption from the above restrictions, you must apply in writing to Modern and receive approval.
- However, while a school is using Modern’s teaching materials for a particular subject, the school may download content from the Website for the purpose of teaching and learning. If the school ceases to use Modern’s teaching materials for that subject, all downloaded files must be deleted.
- You may not use the content or services provided by the Website to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement and intellectual property infringement.
- You may not sell, rent, lease, loan or publish any portion of the material of the Website by any means, in any format.
- You may not allow a third party to use your user account. In the event that Modern identifies misuse of the account and its content, Modern reserves the right to terminate your account. You should immediately notify Modern of any unauthorised use of your password or user account.
Modern’s services and responsibilities:
- All services currently provided on the Website are offered as is. If you request any additional features or services, Modern reserves the right to charge you the relevant service fees.
- Modern and its partners have the right to use your information and any material which you submitted for data analysis.
Changes to the Terms of Service:
- Modern reserves the right to change the Terms of Service without prior notice.
- By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. If you do not accept the Terms of Service, you should not use the Website. If you violate the Terms of Service, Modern has the right to terminate the services provided to you. In the case of misuse or unauthorised use of the data and content on this website, Modern reserves the right to bring legal proceedings against such action.
